Portaria n.º 427/89, de 12 de Junho de 1989
Portaria n.º 427/89 de 12 de Junho Pela Portaria n.º 925-R/87, de 4 de Dezembro, foi revogada, a partir de 1 de Janeiro de 1988, a Portaria n.º 733-C/86, de 4 de Dezembro, e, consequentemente, o regime de subsídios à instalação de equipamento de ordenha mecânica e de refrigeração de leite, previstos nos n.os 4.º, 5.º e 6.º do último diploma citado.
A revogação operada a partir de 1 de Janeiro de 1988, sem prejuízo do seu indiscutível carácter imperativo, veio entretanto colocar alguns problemas de aplicação prática, face à circunstância de se encontrarem pendentes de resolução diversos pedidos de atribuição de subsídio relativamente a instalações de equipamentos ainda não objecto de vistoria ou cujas obras estavam em curso ou mesmo em fase de ultimação.
