Considerando que de acordo com o Decreto Legislativo Regional n.º 5/2010/A, de 23 de fevereiro, que procedeu à revisão do sistema de incentivos à produção de energia a partir de fontes renováveis da Região Autónoma dos Açores – PROENERGIA –, na redação do Decreto Legislativo Regional n.º 14/2019/A, de 12 de junho, ficam sujeitas a decisão do membro do Governo Regional com competência em matéria de energia a aprovação das candidaturas, a concessão dos incentivos, a assinatura dos contratos de concessão dos incentivos e a renegociação desses mesmos contratos;
