Ao abrigo do disposto nos artigos 44.º a 47.º do Código do Procedimento Administrativo, aprovado pelo Decreto-Lei n.º 4/2015, de 07 de janeiro, e dos n.º 1 e 3 do artigo 109.º do Código dos Contratos Públicos, aprovado pelo Decreto-Lei n.º 18/2008, de 29 de janeiro, na sua redação atual, no uso dos poderes que me foram delegados pelo Despacho n.º 1009-A/2016, publicado no Diário da República, a 2.ª série, n.º 13, de 20 de janeiro,
1 - Subdelego na Diretora-Geral de Estatísticas da Educação e Ciência, Prof.ª Doutora Luísa da Conceição dos Santos do Canto e Castro de Loura, os poderes para a prática dos atos posteriores à decisão de abertura de procedimento, no âmbito do Procedimento 2016/055/DGEEC/AQ - Aquisição de serviços de configuração, migração e upgrade de produtos Oracle, ao abrigo do Acordo Quadro para "Licenciamento de software e serviços conexos", celebrado pela ESPAP.
2 - A presente subdelegação abrange, designadamente, a competência para aprovar o relatório do júri, autorizar a adjudicação, notificar os concorrentes da decisão de adjudicação, notificar o adjudicatário para apresentar os documentos de habilitação...
