Considerando que, na sequência da Resolução do Conselho do Governo n.º 104/2017, de 13 de outubro, entre a Região Autónoma dos Açores e a Portos dos Açores, S.A., foi celebrado, em 27 de outubro de 2017, um contrato programa destinado a regular a promoção da obra de reperfilamento do cais -10 (zh), repavimentação do terrapleno portuário e beneficiação das redes técnicas nele integradas e dragagem da bacia portuária do Porto de Ponta Delgada, assim como a cooperação entre as partes outorgantes no âmbito dessa promoção;
Considerando que o contrato programa anteriormente referido foi alterado em 3 de dezembro de 2018 e em 16 de março de 2020;
Considerando que o objeto do contrato foi ampliado pela última alteração contratual...
