Torna-se público que a Presidente do Conselho Diretivo da Casa Pia de Lisboa, I. P., Dr.ª Maria Cristina Ricardo Inês Fangueiro, o exercício das competências que lhe foram delegadas pelo Conselho Diretivo da Casa Pia de Lisboa, I. P., publicadas no Diário da República, 2.ª série, n.º 62, de 28 de março, pela deliberação n.º 838/2014, retificada pela declaração de retificação n.º 548/2014, publicada no Diário da República, 2.ª série, n.º 103, de 29 de maio de 2014, e ao abrigo do disposto nos artigos 44.º e seguintes do Código do Procedimento Administrativo, aprovado pelo Decreto-Lei n.º 4/2015 de 7 de janeiro, delega e subdelega, com a faculdade de subdelegar, por despacho datado de 21 de abril de 2016, na Diretora Executiva do Centro de Educação e Desenvolvimento (CED) de Santa Clara, Mestre Luísa Rosa Pereira Marques Barbeiro a competência para, no âmbito de atuação do respetivo centro de educação e desenvolvimento, praticar os seguintes atos, desde que observados os condicionalismos legais, os regulamentos aplicáveis e as orientações do Conselho Diretivo sobre a matéria:
1 - Representar o Centro de Educação e Desenvolvimento, assegurando o relacionamento com os tribunais de família e menores e outras entidades com competências em matéria de proteção de crianças e jovens em perigo e em risco.
