Deliberação (extrato) n.º 896/2021
Sumário: Designação no cargo de coordenadora do Núcleo de Gestão da Qualificação, do Centro de Emprego e Formação Profissional de Coimbra, da mestre Sancha Julieta Figueiredo Dias de Almeida.
Ao abrigo do disposto no n.º 2 do artigo 14.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 143/2012, de 11 de julho, que estabeleceu a nova orgânica do Instituto do Emprego e Formação Profissional, I. P. (IEFP, I. P.), e no n.º 6 artigo 5.º dos Estatutos do IEFP, I. P., aprovados pela Portaria n.º 319/2012, de 12 de outubro, alterada pela Portaria n.º 191/2015, de 29 de junho, e do artigo 27.º da Lei n.º 2/2004, de 15 de janeiro, com a redação da Lei n.º 64/2011, de 22 de dezembro, que estabelece o Estatuto do Pessoal Dirigente da Administração Central, Local e Regional do Estado (EPD), por deliberação do Conselho Diretivo, de 8 de junho de 2021, foi designada, em regime de substituição e até à conclusão do respetivo procedimento concursal para recrutamento e provimento, sem prejuízo do direito de opção pelo respetivo vencimento ou retribuição base da função, cargo ou categoria de origem, conforme previsto no artigo 31.º do EPD, a mestre, Sancha Julieta Figueiredo Dias de Almeida, que detém a competência técnica e aptidão para o exercício das funções, conforme evidencia a respetiva nota curricular em anexo, como Coordenadora de Núcleo do Núcleo de Gestão da Qualificação, do Centro de Emprego e Formação Profissional de Coimbra da Delegação Regional do Centro, cargo de direção intermédia de 2.º grau, com efeitos a 15 de junho de 2021.
