Decreto do Presidente da República n.º 13/2019
de 14 de fevereiro
O Presidente da República decreta, nos termos do artigo 135.º, alínea b) da Constituição, o seguinte:
É ratificada a Convenção entre a República Portuguesa e a República de Angola para Eliminar a Dupla Tributação em Matéria de Impostos sobre o Rendimento e Prevenir a Fraude e a Evasão Fiscal, assinada em Luanda, em 18 de setembro de 2018, aprovada pela Resolução da Assembleia da República n.º 23/2019, em 18 de janeiro de 2019.
Assinado em 31 de janeiro de 2019.
Publique-se.
