Resolução da Assembleia da República n.º 113/2016
Reformulação da atribuição do subsídio de educação especial
A Assembleia da República resolve, nos termos do n.º 5 do artigo 166.º da Constituição, recomendar ao Governo:
1 - A alteração do Decreto Regulamentar n.º 14/81, de 7 de abril, na redação que lhe foi dada pelo Decreto Regulamentar n.º 19/98, de 14 de agosto, de forma a garantir a atribuição do subsídio de educação especial às crianças e aos jovens que preencham os requisitos necessários para esse efeito, assegurando uma resposta eficaz às suas efetivas necessidades.
2 - A revogação do Protocolo de Colaboração celebrado, em 22 de outubro de 2013, entre o Instituto da Segurança Social, I. P., e a Direção-Geral dos Estabelecimentos Escolares e a celebração de um novo instrumento que garanta a efetiva atribuição do subsídio de educação especial no ano letivo 2016/2017.
3 - A abertura de um processo de auscultação das associações representativas do setor e de outros interessados, com o objetivo de rever os diplomas legais que regulamentam o subsídio por frequência de estabelecimento...
