Portaria n.º 721/84 de 17 de Setembro Por proposta da comissão instaladora da Escola Superior de Polícia; Ao abrigo do artigo 32.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 423/82, de 15 de Outubro: Manda o Governo da República Portuguesa, pelos Ministros da Administração Interna e das Finanças e do Plano, aprovar o regime de graduação, direitos e regalias dos alunos do curso de formação de oficiais de polícia, em anexo.

ANEXO À PORTARIA N.º 721/84 Escola Superior de Polícia Curso de formação de oficiais de polícia Regime de graduação, direitos e regalias dos alunos Artigo 1.º O curso de formação de oficiais de polícia é frequentado em regime de internato obrigatório, podendo, no entanto, ser facultado o regime de externato nocturno aos alunos na efectividade de serviço, qualquer que seja a sua categoria ou posto.
Art. 2.º Os alunos estão isentos do pagamento de inscrição e propinas.
Art. 3.º - 1 - Para efeitos de hierarquia, os alunos são graduados nos seguintes postos: a) Cadetes-alunos, durante a frequência do 1.º ano, 2.º ano, 3.º ano e 4.º ano; b) Aspirantes-chefes, durante o estágio a que se refere a alínea a) do artigo 25.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 423/82, de 15 de Outubro.
2 - A antiguidade dos alunos para efeitos internos é regulada pela seguinte ordem: a) Pelo posto que tenham nos quadros da Polícia de Segurança Pública, quandooficiais; b) Pela antiguidade dos anos do curso que frequentam; c) Pela sua classificação.
Art. 4.º Findo o estágio com aproveitamento, os alunos ingressam no quadro da Polícia de Segurança Pública com o posto de chefe de esquadra, sendo a antiguidade neste posto referida a 1 de...
