Portaria n.º 344/2016
O Campo Militar de Santa Margarida, criado pelo Decreto Regulamentar n.º 11/2015, de 31 de julho, na estrutura orgânica do Exército, tem a natureza de unidade militar de caráter permanente, tendo, por isso, nos termos da alínea b) do artigo 1.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 46/92, de 4 de abril, direito a usar Estandarte Nacional.
A atribuição do Estandarte Nacional ao Campo Militar de Santa Margarida foi proposta ao Ministro da Defesa Nacional pelo Conselho de Chefes de Estado-Maior.
Assim, ao abrigo do disposto no artigo 3.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 46/92, de 4 de abril, manda o Governo, pelo Ministro da Defesa Nacional, o seguinte:
