Portaria n.º 135/2019
Louvo, por proposta do Diretor-Geral de Recursos da Defesa Nacional, o Sargentochefe ETC 850289 Jorge Manuel Reis Serra Alves Cardetas, pela elevada competência técnico-profissional, extraordinário desempenho e relevantes qualidades pessoais demonstradas ao longo dos últimos quatro anos, no exercício das suas funções no âmbito do cargo de Técnico de Eletrónica na Direção-Geral de Recursos da Defesa Nacional/Estação Ibéria NATO (DGRDN/EINATO).
Ao longo de toda a sua comissão na DGRDN/EINATO, o Sargento-chefe Jorge Cardetas evidenciou ser possuidor de excelente capacidade de trabalho, objetividade, bom senso e um elevado sentido de organização e análise, qualidades fundamentais no cargo de Técnico de Eletrónica na área «SATellite COMmunications» (SATCOM), sendo-lhe exigido um profundo conhecimento na gestão de pessoal, da informação e dos procedimentos associados ao apoio no comando da EINATO, de modo a enquadrar e preparar os seus subordinados e assessorar os seus superiores, o que garante com dignidade pessoal e profissional um desempenho de excelência.
Considera-se ser igualmente importante evidenciar a forma como trabalha, sendo extremamente metódico, cuidadoso, atento e com uma elevada capacidade de trabalho, é um elemento de grande valia para o planeamento e condução das diversas operações da DGRDN/EINATO. Possuidor de conhecimentos técnicos e inexcedível vontade de bem servir, constituiu-se uma referência para todos os elementos da Estação.
Por outro lado, a conduta do Sargento-chefe Jorge Cardetas tem constituído um exemplo de saudável camaradagem, patenteado na forma natural como cultiva e tem mantido as suas relações pessoais, promotoras de um ambiente de trabalho saudável...
