Portaria n.º 131/2017
De acordo com a alínea d) do n.º 2 do artigo 24.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 185/2014, de 29 de dezembro, que aprova a orgânica da Marinha, a Esquadrilha de Navios de Superfície é um órgão de base da Marinha, tendo por isso natureza de unidade militar de caráter permanente, o que nos termos da alínea b) do artigo 1.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 46/92, de 4 de abril, lhe confere o direito a usar o Estandarte Nacional.
A atribuição do Estandarte Nacional à Esquadrilha de Navios de Superfície foi proposta ao Ministro da Defesa Nacional pelo Conselho de Chefes de Estado-Maior.
Assim, ao abrigo do disposto no artigo 3.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 46/92, de 4 de abril, manda o Governo, pelo Ministro da Defesa Nacional, o seguinte:
