Portaria n.º 640-F2/94 de 15 de Julho Com fundamento no disposto nos artigos 19.º, 20.º, 21.º e 26.º da Lei n.º 30/86, de 27 de Agosto, e 80.º e 81.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 251/92, de 12 de Novembro; Ouvido o Conselho Nacional da Caça e da Conservação da Fauna: Manda o Governo, pelo Ministro da Agricultura, o seguinte: 1.º Ficam sujeitos ao regime cinegético especial os prédios rústicos englobados pela poligonal constante da planta anexa ao presente diploma, que dele faz parte integrante, sitos na freguesia de Genísio, município de Miranda do Douro, com uma área de 1742,50 ha.

Pelo presente diploma é concessionada, pelo período de 12 anos, à Associação de Caçadores de Vilar Seco e Genísio (registo no Instituto Florestal n.º 1.270.92), com sede em Vilar Seco, Vimioso, a zona de caça associativa da freguesia de Genísio (processo n.º 1674 do Instituto Florestal).

A Associação de Caçadores de Vilar Seco e Genísio, entidade gestora da zona de caça associativa concedida pelo presente diploma, fica obrigada a cumprir e a fazer cumprir o plano de ordenamento e exploração cinegético aprovado e demais disposições legais e regulamentares do exercício da caça que lhe forem aplicáveis, sem prejuízo da responsabilidade pessoal dos infractores.

Nesta zona de caça associativa é facultado o exercício venatório a todos os associados da Associação de Caçadores de Vilar Seco e Genísio, com observância das regras legais e das suas normas estatutárias e regulamentares.

- 1 - A zona de caça associativa será obrigatoriamente sinalizada com tabuletas do modelo n.º 3 definido na Portaria n.º 697/88, de 17 de Outubro, conjuntamente com o sinal do modelo anexo à Portaria n.º 569/89, de 22 de Julho.
