Por proposta do Diretor Nacional da Polícia Judiciária e ouvido o Conselho Superior da Polícia Judiciária, nos termos do artigo 26.º, n.º 5, alínea d), da Lei n.º 37/2008, de 6 de agosto, na sua redação atual, do artigo 86.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 275-A/2000, de 9 de novembro, na sua redação atual, e dos artigos 1.º, n.º 2, alínea c), 3.º, 4.º, n.º 1, e 8.º do Regulamento de Mérito da Polícia Judiciária, aprovado pelo Despacho Normativo n.º 32/2001, de 31 de julho, reconheço o mérito, com atribuição de louvor individual, do Inspetor Ricardo Manuel Ribeiro Lopes Vieira por, entre 2016 e 2017, na área do cibercrime e da criminalidade tecnológica, ter desenvolvido trabalho de relevo na investigação criminal de casos de abuso sexual de menores através da Internet, de pornografia infantil online e na defesa dos direitos das crianças, bem como na prevenção junto das...
