Sumário: Exoneração de subdiretor e nomeação de subdiretor do Agrupamento de Escolas Fernão de Magalhães, Chaves.
Fernando Félix de Almeida Castro, nos termos do artigo 25.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 75/2008, de 22 de abril, na redação dada pelo Decreto-Lei n.º 137/2012, de 2 de julho, por meu despacho de 27 de setembro de 2019, exonero do cargo de Subdiretor o docente Nelson Marques Rodrigues, por aproximação da aposentação.
Nos termos do disposto nos artigos 19.º, no n.º 6 do artigo 21.º e no n.º 2 do artigo 24.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 75/2008, de 22 de abril, na redação dada pelo Decreto-Lei n.º 137/2012, de 2 de julho, nomeio com efeitos a 01 de outubro de 2019 o docente abaixo identificado por reunir as condições necessárias ao exercício do respetivo cargo:
