Despacho n.º 7236/2019
Sumário: Subdelegação de competências para realizar a medição e outorgar os autos de consignação, de receção provisória ou definitiva de empreitadas de obras públicas decorrentes da normal execução das mesmas, previstas nos artigos 343.º e seguintes do Código dos Contratos Públicos.
Tendo em conta o Despacho n.º 14818/2015, de 24 de novembro, publicado no Diário da República, 2.ª série, n.º 244, de 15 de dezembro, do Secretário de Estado do Ensino Superior e da Ciência, ao abrigo das disposições conjugadas do n.º 4 do artigo 92.º do Regime Jurídico das Instituições de Ensino Superior (RJIES), aprovado pela Lei n.º 62/2007, de 10 de setembro, e do n.º 1 do artigo 28.º dos Estatutos da Universidade de Lisboa (ULisboa), alterados e republicados pelo Despacho Normativo n.º 14/2019, de 24 de abril, publicado no Diário da República, 2.ª série, n.º 90, de 10 de maio de 2019, e ainda dos artigos 44.º a 50.º do Código do Procedimento Administrativo, aprovado pelo Decreto-Lei n.º 4/2015, de 7 de janeiro, subdelego nos Técnicos da Área do Edificado, do Departamento Técnico dos Serviços Centrais da Universidade de Lisboa, Maria Felisbela da Costa Ferreira, Rui Sérgio Dantas de Magalhães Coelho, Dora Maria Vassalo Empis, Guilherme Miguel da Silva Gonçalves Rodrigues, Miguel Alexandre Ferreira Santos, Ricardo Jorge dos Santos Ferreira, João Miguel Guerreiro Rodrigues Silva Sousa, João Paulo Bento Sanina, Mário Sabino Baptista Bomba, e da área de Gestão de Instalações e Manutenção, o Técnico José Manuel Furtado Pereira da Silva, a competência para:
