Despacho n.º 1429/2017
Por meu despacho de 25 de janeiro de 2017, proferido no uso da competência delegada pelo Despacho n.º 7064/2016, de 04 de maio, do Exmo. Comandante-Geral, é cessada a demora na promoção, nos termos do n.º 2 do artigo 136.º e promovido ao posto de Guarda-Principal, por antiguidade, nos termos do artigo 119.º e alínea a) do artigo 256.º, todos do EMGNR, aprovado pelo Decreto-Lei n.º 297/09 de 14 de outubro, o Guarda de Infantaria (2060675) Pedro Alexandre da Silva Pereira, desde 01 de dezembro de 2015.
Tem direito ao vencimento pelo novo posto, desde o dia seguinte ao da publicação do presente despacho, no Diário da República, nos termos do n.º 1 do artigo 19.º da Lei n.º...
