Despacho (extrato) n.º 4872/2019
Torna-se público que, nos termos do disposto no n.º 1 do artigo 17.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 166/2012, de 31 de julho, retificado pela Declaração de Retificação n.º 54/2012, de 28 de setembro, considerando a proposta do Conselho Diretivo do Instituto Nacional de Medicina Legal e Ciências Forenses, I. P., datada de 26 de outubro de 2018, por despacho de Sua Excelência a Secretária de Estado Adjunta e da Justiça, foi designada, com efeitos a 3 de janeiro de 2019, pelo período de 3 anos, renovável por iguais períodos, como Coordenadora do Gabinete Médico-Legal e Forense dos Açores Oriental do Instituto Nacional de Medicina Legal e Ciências Forenses, I. P., a Assistente de Medicina Legal Débora Henriques Lourenço, possuidora de reconhecida aptidão e experiência profissional adequadas ao exercício das referidas funções, como evidencia o respetivo currículo, publicado em anexo ao presente despacho.
Pelo mesmo despacho, foi determinada a cessação do exercício das mesmas funções do anteriormente designado Vitor Manuel Dias Carneiro, com efeitos a 2 de janeiro de 2019.
