Deliberação (extrato) n.º 170/2018
Nos termos e ao abrigo do previsto no n.º 4 do artigo 5.º dos Estatutos do IEFP, I. P., aprovados pela Portaria n.º 319/2012, de 12 de outubro, alterada pela Portaria n.º 191/2015, de 29 de junho, e no n.º 11 do artigo 21.º do Estatuto do Pessoal Dirigente da Administração Central, Local e Regional do Estado (EPD), aprovado pela Lei n.º 2/2004, de 15 de janeiro, na sua redação atual, o Conselho Diretivo, na sua reunião de 3 de janeiro de 2018, deliberou nomear, em regime de comissão de serviço, pelo período de 3 anos, sem prejuízo do direito de opção pelo respetivo vencimento ou retribuição base da função, cargo ou categoria de origem conforme previsto no artigo 31.º do EPD, a licenciada Paula Cristina Marques da Silva Vaz como Diretora de Centro do Centro de Emprego e Formação Profissional de Leiria da Delegação Regional do Centro, cargo de direção intermédia de 1.º grau, com efeitos a 8 de janeiro de 2018.
A presente nomeação é fundamentada no facto de, em sede de procedimento concursal, a licenciada ter revelado comprovada experiência profissional na área de atuação do cargo, formação profissional nas áreas de interesse do lugar a prover, forte motivação, sentido de organização e capacidade de liderança, conforme evidencia a respetiva nota curricular em anexo:
