Decreto Regulamentar Regional Nº 39/1980/A de 25 de Agosto
Verificando-se a necessidade de se proceder à alteração do quadro do pessoal da Secretaria Regional da Agricultura e Pescas, por força do estipulado no artigo 2º. do Decreto Regulamentar Regional nº. 19/79/A, de 19 de Setembro:
O Governo Regional decreta, nos termos do artigo 229º. nº. 1, alínea d), da Constituição, o seguinte:
Artigo único
Os quadros de pessoal que se referem o artigo 18º. do Decreto Regulamentar Regional . 6/78/A, de 3 de Março, o artigo 6.0 do Decreto Regulamentar Regional nº. 1/79/A, de 6 de Fevereiro, e o artigo 2º. do Decreto Regulamentar Regional nº. 15/79/A, de 13 de Junho, passam a ter a composição constante do quadro anexo ao presente diploma.
Aprovado pelo Governo Regional em 30 de Maio de 1980.
