Decreto-Lei n.º 63/2000, de 19 de Abril de 2000
Decreto-Lei n.º 63/2000 de 19 de Abril O reconhecimento de zonas protegidas expostas a riscos fitossanitários específicos corresponde a um objectivo que tem vindo a ser prosseguido por Portugal, no quadro integrado da União Europeia.
Nesse quadro, foi emitida a Directiva n.º 92/76/CEE, da Comissão, de 6 de Outubro, já transposta para o ordenamento jurídico interno pelo Decreto-Lei n.º 14/99, de 12 de Janeiro, alterado pelo Decreto-Lei n.º 517/99, de 4 de Dezembro.
Foi a referida Directiva n.º 92/76/CEE alterada pela Directiva n.º 99/84/CE, da Comissão, de 20 de Outubro, que agora importa transpor para a ordem jurídica interna. Importa também transpor para a ordem jurídica interna a rectificação à Directiva n.º 92/103/CEE, da Comissão, de 1 de Dezembro, publicada no Jornal Oficial das Comunidades Europeias, n.º L 151, de 18 de Junho de 1999.
Deste modo, revela-se ser necessário introduzir algumas alterações ao Decreto-Lei n.º 14/99, de 12 de Janeiro, na redacção que lhe foi dada pelo Decreto-Lei n.º 517/99, de 4 de Dezembro.
Assim: Nos termos da alínea a) do n.º 1 do artigo 198.º da Constituição, o Governo decreta, para valer como lei geral da República, o seguinte: Artigo 1.º O presente diploma transpõe para a ordem jurídica nacional a Directiva n.º 99/84/CE, da Comissão, de 20 de Outubro, e a rectificação à Directiva n.º 92/103/CEE, da Comissão, de 1 de Dezembro, publicada no Jornal Oficial das Comunidades Europeias, n.º L 151, de 18 de Junho de 1999, relativas ao reconhecimento de zonas protegidas na Comunidade expostas a riscos fitossanitários específicos.
Artigo 2.º Os anexos II, IV e VI do Decreto-Lei n.º 14/99, de 12 de Janeiro, na redacção que lhe foi dada pelo Decreto-Lei n.º 517/99, de 4 de Dezembro, são alterados nos termos do anexo ao presente diploma, do qual faz parte integrante.
