Aviso n.º 42/2013 Por ordem superior se torna público que, em 04 de fevereiro de 2013, a República da Turquia procedeu, junto do junto do Secretário-Geral do Conselho da Europa, à retirada de uma declaração ao Acordo Eu- ropeu sobre os Regulamentos que regem a Circulação de Pessoas entre os Estados Membros do Conselho da Europa, aberta à assinatura em Paris, em 13 de dezembro de 1957. Declaração (original em inglês) Declaration contained in a letter from the Permanent Representative of Turkey to the Council of Europe, dated 31 January 2013, regis- tered at the Secretariat General on 4 February 2013 - Or.

Engl. - Turkey has decided to withdraw the declaration con- tained in a letter dated 3 December 1991, regarding the suspension of the European Agreement of 13 December 1957 on Regulations governing the Movement of Persons between Member States of the Council of Europe in respect of Portugal, with effect as from 1 August 1991. On the other hand, Turkey reserves the right of reciprocity on visa exemptions.
