Aviso n.º 18/99, de 05 de Fevereiro de 1999
Aviso n.º 18/99 Por ordem superior se torna público que, nos termos do artigo 45.º da Convenção sobre os Aspectos Civis do Rapto Internacional de Crianças, concluída na Haia em 25 de Outubro de 1980, o Ministério dos Negócios Estrangeiros do Reino dos Países Baixos notificou ter o Paraguai, nos termos do parágrafo 2.º do artigo 38.º, depositado o seu instrumento de adesão em 13 de Maio de 1998.
A Convenção entrou em vigor para a República do Paraguai em 1 de Agosto de 1998, nos termos do artigo 38.º, parágrafo 3.º A adesão apenas produzirá efeitos nas relações entre a República do Paraguai e os Estados Contratantes que tenham declarado aceitar a adesão.
