Resoluçáo da Assembleia da República n. 87/2010

Aprova Emenda à subalínea ii) da alínea c) do artigo XII do Acordo da Organizaçáo Internacional das Telecomunicaçóes por Satélite, adoptada em Paris em 23 de Março de 2007, no âmbito da 31.ª Assembleia das Partes.

A Assembleia da República resolve, nos termos da alínea i) do artigo 161. e do n. 5 do artigo 166. da Constituiçáo, aprovar a Emenda à subalínea ii) da alínea c) do artigo XII do Acordo da Organizaçáo Internacional das Telecomunicaçóes por Satélite, adoptada em Paris em 23 de Março de 2007, no âmbito da 31.ª Assembleia das Partes, cujo texto, na versáo autenticada na língua inglesa, assim

3222 como a respectiva traduçáo para a língua portuguesa, se publicam em anexo.

Article XII, «Frequency Assignments»

Modify paragraph - (c) (ii):

(c) (ii) [in the event that such use is no longer authorized, or the Company no longer requires such frequency assignment(s), cancel such frequency assignment under the procedure of the ITU.]

In the event that the Company, or any future entity using the Common Heritage frequency assignments, waives such frequency assignment(s), uses such assignment(s) in ways other than those set forth in this Agreement, or declares bankruptcy, the Notifying Administrations shall authorize the use of such frequency assignment(s) only by entities that have signed...
