Portaria n.º 297/91 de 8 de Abril Com fundamento no disposto nos artigos 19.º a 27.º da Lei n.º 30/86, de 27 de Agosto, e 56.º a 59.º, 65.º a 67.º, 71.º a 76.º, 81.º e 82.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 274-A/88, de 3 de Agosto; Ouvido o Conselho Nacional da Caça e da Conservação da Fauna: Manda o Governo, pelo Ministro da Agricultura, Pescas e Alimentação, o seguinte: 1.º Ficam sujeitas ao regime cinegético especial as propriedades constantes da planta anexa, denominadas 'Herdade de Fornilhos', situada na freguesia de Granja, concelho de Mourão, com uma área de 1295,6750 ha, 'Herdade de Fornilhos', situada na freguesia de Amareleja, concelho de Moura, com uma área de 589,4486 ha, e 'Herdades da Butefa, Chaparral e Matança', situadas na freguesia e concelho de Barrancos, com uma área de 1267,7500 ha, perfazendo uma área de 2519,7936 ha.

Nesta área, até ao dia 31 de Maio de 2002, é concessionada à Defesa e Fornilhos - Caça e Turismo, Lda., a exploração de uma zona de caça turística (processo n.º 475 da Direcção-Geral das Florestas).

Nesta zona de caça é facultado o exercício venatório a todos os caçadores, em igualdade de circunstâncias, quando devidamente licenciados pela entidadegestora.

Nesta zona de caça a Defesa e Fornilhos - Caça e Turismo, Lda., entidade responsável pela sua gestão, fica obrigada a cumprir e fazer cumprir o plano de ordenamento e exploração cinegético aprovado pela Direcção-Geral das Florestas, nomeadamente no respeitante aos limites anuais de cada uma das espécies, períodos, processos e meios de caça respectivos.
