Subdelegação de competências no Chefe de Gabinete do Comandante do Pessoal
1 - Ao abrigo do disposto no n.º 3 do Despacho n.º 14620/2014, de 4 de novembro, do General Chefe do Estado-Maior do Exército, publicado no Diário da República, 2.ª série, n.º 234, de 3 de dezembro, subdelego no Coronel TIR TM Francisco José Carneiro Bento Soares, Chefe do Gabinete do Comandante do Pessoal, a competência em mim delegada para:
a) Proferir decisão nos processos do âmbito do Exército relativos à prevenção e combate à droga e ao alcoolismo nas Forças Armadas;
b) No âmbito daquele Gabinete, autorizar deslocações em serviço no território nacional, incluindo com a utilização de viatura própria, bem como o processamento das correspondentes despesas com a aquisição de títulos de transporte e de ajudas de custo, nos termos legais.
