Sumário: Designação em comissão de serviço, pelo período de três anos, do superintendente-chefe Paulo Manuel Pereira Lucas (M/100042) no cargo de comandante da Unidade Especial de Polícia da PSP.
1 - Nos termos das disposições conjugadas do n.º 3 do artigo 19.º e do artigo 40.º da Lei n.º 53/2007, de 31 de agosto, e do n.º 2 do artigo 62.º e do artigo 79.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 243/2015, de 19 de outubro, e por proposta do diretor nacional da Polícia de Segurança Pública (PSP), designo em comissão de serviço, pelo período de três anos, o superintendente-chefe Paulo Manuel Pereira Lucas (M/100042) no cargo de comandante da Unidade Especial de Polícia da PSP, cuja competência e experiência profissionais constam da síntese curricular em anexo.
2 - O presente despacho produz efeitos a partir de 17 de fevereiro de 2020.

Síntese curricular
Paulo Manuel Pereira Lucas, natural de Fátima, tem 53 anos e é superintendente-chefe da Polícia de Segurança Pública.
De entre os vários cargos desempenhados, destaca-se, entre agosto de 2018 e fevereiro de 2020, o de comandante do Comando Metropolitano do Porto; entre maio de 2015 e junho de 2018, o de oficial de ligação do Ministério da Administração Interna junto da Embaixada de Portugal em Maputo; entre fevereiro de 2012 e abril de 2015, exerceu o cargo de diretor nacional-adjunto da Unidade Orgânica de Operações e Segurança, da Direção Nacional da Polícia de Segurança Pública; de janeiro de 2009 a fevereiro de 2012, exerceu as funções de secretário-geral-adjunto do Sistema de Segurança Interna; entre maio de 2008 a janeiro de 2009 foi comandante do Comando Regional da Madeira.
