Subdelegação de Competências
Subdelegação de competências do Diretor da Unidade de Prestações e Contribuições, do Centro Distrital de Vila Real, do Instituto da Segurança Social, I. P., licenciado António Eduardo Ferreira Gomes de Sousa, no Diretor do Núcleo de Contribuições
Nos termos do disposto nos Artigos 44.º e 46.º do Código de Procedimento Administrativo, e no uso dos poderes que me são conferidos pelo Despacho n.º 1843/2021, publicado no Diário da República, 2.ª série, n.º 34, de 18 de fevereiro de 2021, subdelego, sem prejuízo dos poderes de avocação, com a faculdade de poder subdelegar, no Diretor do Núcleo de Contribuições, licenciado José Maria Enes Mendonça Rodrigues, a competência para a prática dos seguintes atos:
1 - Competências Genéricas:
1.1 - Assinar a correspondência relacionada com assuntos de natureza corrente necessária ao normal funcionamento dos serviços, incluindo a dirigida aos tribunais, com exceção da que for dirigida ao Presidente da República, à Assembleia da República, ao Governo e aos titulares destes órgãos de soberania, à Provedoria da Justiça e a outras entidades de idêntica ou superior posição na hierarquia do Estado, salvaguardando situações de mero expediente ou de natureza urgente;
1.2 - Aprovar os mapas de férias e autorizar as respetivas alterações, bem como a acumulação com as férias do ano seguinte;
