Aviso n.o 705/2006
Por ordem superior se torna público que, por notificaçáo de 21 de Março de 2006, o Ministério dos Negócios Estrangeiros do Reino dos Países Baixos notificou ter a Regiáo Administrativa Especial de Hong Kong realizado declaraçóes relativamente à Convençáo Relativa à Supressáo da Exigência da Legalidade dos Actos Públicos Estrangeiros, adoptada na Haia em 5 de Outubro de 1961.
As declaraçóes sáo as seguintes:
[. . .] that the Apostille Service Office of the Judiciary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region has recently computerized the apostille system.
As a result of the computerization of the system, there will be a change in the way that the apostille certificate is produced. At present, the apostille certificate is in the form of a chopstamped on the document requiring apostille service with blanks completed in handwriting. After computerization, the certificate will be generated from the computer and be affixed to the document requiring apostille.
As the current practice, the certificate will be signed by the Registrar, High Court, and sealed with the seal of the Court. This new system will commence operation with effect from 20 March 2006.
Apart from the above, all existing practice and procedure remain unchanged.

[. . .] que le Service de l'apostille de l'Autorité judiciaire de la Région administrative spécial de Hong Kong a depuis peu informatisé la délivrance de l'apostille.
En conséquence de l'informatisation, l'apostille se présentera différemment. Actuellement elle se présente sous la forme d'un timbre à compléter de différentes mentions manuscrites et apposé sur le document à certifier. Une fois la délivrance informatisée, l'apostille sera produit par ordinateur et fixée au document à certifier.
Comme il est de règle actuellement, l'apostille sera signée par le Greffier de la Cour suprême et revêtue du sceau de la Cour. Ces nouvelles dispositions prendront effet à compter du 20 mars 2006.
Mis à part les changements visés ci-dessus, toutes les dispositions et procédures en vigueur demeurent inchangées.
