Aviso n.o 682/2006

Por ordem superior se torna público que, por notificaçáo de 5 de Julho de 2006, o Ministério dos Negócios Estrangeiros do Reino dos Países Baixos notificou ter a Sérvia realizado uma declaraçáo relativamente ao artigo 14.o do Estatuto da Conferência da Haia de Direito Internacional Privado, adoptado na Haia em 31 de Outubro de 1951.

A declaraçáo é a seguinte:

Following the declaration of the state independence of Montenegro, and under the article 60 of the Constitucional Charter of the state union of Serbia and Montenegro, the Republic of Serbia is continuing international personality of the state union of Serbia and Montenegro, which was informed also by the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia at its session held on 5 June 2006.

[. . .] In accordance with article 6 of the Statute of the Hague Conference, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia and the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia at The Hague are designated as the National Organ.

Traduction

Suite à la déclaration d'indépendance du Monténégro, et conformément à l'article 60 de la Charte constitutionnelle de la communauté d'États de Serbie-et-Monténégro, la République de Serbie hérite de la personnalité internationale de la communauté d'États de Serbie-et-Monténégro, comme cette dernière en a été informée par l'Assemblée nationale de la République de Serbie lors de sa séance du 5 juin 2006.
