Aviso n.º 15/2015
Por ordem superior se torna público que, por notificação de 24 de fevereiro de 2012, o Secretário-Geral do Conselho da Europa comunicou ter o Reino dos Países Baixos emitido, em 9 de janeiro de 2012, uma declaração à Convenção Relativa ao Branqueamento, Detenção, Apreensão e Perda dos Produtos do Crime, aberta a assinatura em Estrasburgo, em 8 de novembro de 1990.

Declaration transmitted by a Note verbale from the Permanent Representation of the Netherlands, dated
4 January 2012, registered at the Secretariat General on 9 January 2012 - Or. Engl.
In accordance with Article 25, paragraph 3, of the Convention, the Kingdom of the Netherlands declares that:
- requests made to the European part of the Netherlands and documents supporting such requests in a language other than Dutch, French or English shall be accompanied by a translation into one of these languages;
- requests made to the Caribbean part of the Netherlands (the islands of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba) and documents supporting such requests in a language other than Dutch, English, or Spanish shall be accompanied by a translation into one of these languages.
Note by the Secretariat:
This Declaration supplements the Note verbale from the Permanent Representation of the Netherlands dated 27
September 2010, concerning the modification in the structure of the Kingdom as of 10 October 2010 (See Notification JJ7130C dated 8 October 2010).
