Aviso n.º 131/2008 Por ordem superior se torna público ter o Governo do Peru efectuado, junto do Secretário -Geral das Nações Uni- das, em 8 de Abril de 2005, uma notificação nos termos do n.º 3 do artigo 4.º do Pacto Internacional sobre os Direitos Civis e Políticos.

Notificação «The Secretary -General of the United Nations, ac- ting in his capacity as depositary, communicates the following: On 8 April 2005, the Secretary -General received from the Government of Peru a notification made under article 4 (3) of the above Covenant, transmitting Decree no. 028 -2005 -PCM, published on 3 April 2005, which declared a state of emergency in the provinces of An- dahuaylas and Chincheros, department of Apurímac, for a period of 30 days.

During the state of emergency, the rights to invio- lability of domicile, freedom of movement, freedom of assembly, and freedom of personal security, recog- nized in articles 9, 12, 17 and 21 of the Covenant are suspended.» Tradução O Secretário -Geral das Nações Unidas, agindo na sua qualidade de depositário, comunica o seguinte: O Secretário -Geral, em 8 de Abril de 2005, recebeu do Governo do Peru uma notificação formulada nos termos do n.º 3 do artigo 4.º do Pacto acima mencionado, trans- mitindo o Decreto...
