Aviso n.º 158/2000 Por ordem superior se torna público que a Espanha apresentou as seguintes reservas e declaração à Convenção Relativa ao Branqueamento, Detecção, Apreensão e Perda dos Produtos do Crime, aberta à assinatura em Estrasburgo a 8 de Novembro de 1990.

Reservations In accordance with article 25, paragraph 3, Spain reserves the right to require that requests made to it and documents supporting such requests be accompanied by a translation into one of the official languages of the Council of Europe.

In accordance with article 32, paragraph 2, Spain declares that, without its prior consent, information or evidence provided by it under this chapter may not be used or transmitted by the authorities of the requesting Party in investigations or proceedings other than those specified in the request.

Declaration In accordance with article 23, Spain designates as central authority responsible for sending and answering requests made under this Convention, and the transmission of them to the authorities competent for their execution, the Secretaría General Técnica del Ministerio de Justicia (the Technical Secretariat General of the Ministry of Justice).
