Aviso n.º 70/2006 Por ordem superior se torna público que a República Checa depositou junto do Secretário-Geral do Conselho da Europa, em 23 de Abril de 2002, a sua notificação de actualização de anexos ao Acordo Provisório Europeu sobre Segurança Social, à Excepção dos Regimes Relativos à Velhice, Invalidez e Sobrevivência, e Protocolo Adicional, aberta para assinatura, em Paris, em 11 de Dezembro de 1953, com a seguinte declaração: 'Declaration contained in a letter from the Permanent Representative of the Czech Republic, dated 23 April 2002, registered at the Secretariat General on 30 April 2002 - Or. Engl./Cze.

ANNEX II Bilateral and Multilateral Agreements to which the agreement applies As a Contracting Party to the European Agreement, the Czech Republic notifies, pursuant to article 8, paragraph 2, of the Agreement, for the purposes of inclusion in Annex II thereof, that an Agreement between the Czech Republic and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg on Social Security was signed on 17 November 2000 and came into force on 1 March 2002.'
