Aviso n.º 69/2006 Por ordem superior se torna público ter a República da Moldávia depositado junto do Secretário-Geral do Conselho da Europa, em 14 de Janeiro de 2004, o seu instrumento de ratificação da Convenção Penal sobre a Corrupção, aberta para assinatura em Estrasburgo em 27 de Janeiro de 1999, com as seguintes declarações: 'The provisions of the Convention will not be applicable on the territory effectively controlled by the institutions of the self-proclaimed transnistrian republic until the durable settlement of the conflict in this region.

According to article 29, paragraph 1, of the Convention, the following central authorities of the Republic of Moldova have been designated as the authorities competent for its implementation: a) The Prosecutor General Office - for mutual assistance requests formulated within the criminal proceedings stage, including the requests for extradition; b) The Ministry of Justice - for mutual assistance requests formulated within the judicial stage and that of the execution of the sentences, including the requests forextradition.' Tradução As disposições constantes da Convenção só serão aplicáveis no território efectivamente controlado pelas instituições da autoproclamada república do Trans-Dniester após a resolução sustentável do conflito nesta região.
