Sumário: Recomenda ao Governo que publique a legislação sobre prevenção da contaminação e remediação de solos - ProSolos - e que reforce as ações inspetivas e de fiscalização.
Recomenda ao Governo que publique a legislação sobre prevenção da contaminação e remediação de solos - ProSolos - e que reforce as ações inspetivas e de fiscalização
A Assembleia da República resolve, nos termos do n.º 5 do artigo 166.º da Constituição, recomendar ao Governo que:
1 - Publique a legislação ProSolos, que visa estabelecer o regime jurídico da prevenção da contaminação e remediação dos solos, com vista à salvaguarda do ambiente e da saúde humana.
2 - Reforce as ações de fiscalização e inspeção em matéria de prevenção da contaminação e remediação de solos.
3 - Aplique um plano nacional de avaliação da qualidade dos recursos hídricos localizados nas zonas adjacentes aos locais de extração...
