Foi publicada no dia 7 de Novembro a Lei n.º 76/2013, que vem estabelecer um regime de renovação extraordinária dos contratos de trabalho a termo certo, bem como o regime e o modo de cálculo da compensação aplicável aos contratos objeto dessa renovação.
Esta lei é aplicável aos contratos de trabalho a termo certo celebrados ao abrigo do Código de Trabalho, aprovado pela Lei n.º7/2009, de 12 de Fevereiro que atinjam o limite máximo da sua duração até 2 anos após a entrada em vigor da Lei nº 76/2013.
Ao abrigo desta nova Lei é permitida a renovação extraordinária até duas vezes dos contratos a termo certo, não podendo a duração total dessas renovações extraordinárias...
