Portaria N.º 781/2009 de 25 de Setembro
Considerando que a Portaria n.º 74/2008, de 26 de Agosto, criou na Região Autónoma dos Açores, um sistema de incentivos de apoio à pesca local e costeira.
Considerando que, por despacho de 06 de Agosto de 2008, foi atribuído ao armador José Pedro Medeiros um apoio financeiro no montante de 19.453,10 €, a ser pago em duas prestações, sendo a primeira no valor de 11.671,86 €, com a apresentação de cópia do contrato de construção da embarcação e a segunda no montante de 7.781,24 €, com a instalação do motor.
Considerando que, pela Portaria n.º 732/2008, de 22 de Setembro de 2008, foi paga a primeira prestação do subsídio a fundo perdido atribuído àquele armador;
Assim, manda o Governo Regional, pelo Subsecretário Regional das Pescas, ao abrigo do disposto na alínea c) do n.º 3 do artigo 9.º da Portaria n.º 74/2008, de 26 de Agosto, no âmbito da competência delegada através do Despacho n.º 119/2009, de 27 de Janeiro, o seguinte:
1 - Conceder ao armador José Pedro Medeiros, residente no concelho das Velas, ilha de S. Jorge, um incentivo a fundo perdido no valor de 7.781,24€, relativa à segunda prestação, para comparticipar nos custos de execução do projecto de renovação da frota regional através da construção de uma nova embarcação em fibra de vidro.
2 - Este incentivo será pago directamente ao armador José Pedro Medeiros, e tem cabimento no Programa 9 - Modernização das Infra-estruturas e da Actividade da Pesca, Projecto 9.3 - Frota, Acção 9.3.1 - Plano Regional de Renovação da Frota de Pesca, C.E. 08.08.02 - Transferências de Capital - Outras, do Plano de Investimentos da Secretaria Regional do Ambiente e do Mar aprovado para o ano de 2009.
