Nos termos do Decreto Legislativo Regional n.º 29/2008/A, de 24 de julho, que estabelece o Regime Jurídico do Arrendamento Rural na Região Autónoma dos Açores, o membro do Governo Regional dos Açores competente em matéria de agricultura, deve estabelecer anualmente uma tabela indicativa de rendas.
Assim, ao abrigo do disposto no artigo 9.º do referido Decreto Legislativo Regional, manda o Governo da Região Autónoma dos Açores, pelo Secretário Regional da Agricultura e Alimentação, o seguinte:
1 – Os valores indicativos das rendas de prédios rústicos para o ano agrícola de 2024/2025 são os constantes do mapa anexo à Portaria n.º 62/2007, de 4 de outubro, mantidos em vigor pela Portaria n.º 71/2023, de 8 de agosto.
2 – Os valores dos novos contratos de arrendamento deverão ser expressos em euros e por hectare.
