Portaria n.º 470/2019
Sumário: Autoriza a Biblioteca Nacional de Portugal a assumir um encargo referente à aquisição de Serviços de Vigilância e Segurança Humana.
A Biblioteca Nacional de Portugal necessita de proceder à aquisição de Serviços de Vigilância e Segurança Humana, celebrando para o efeito contrato de aquisição desde 07.07.2019 pelo período de 3 anos, pelo que é necessário a autorização para a assunção de compromissos plurianuais.
Assim:
Manda o Governo, pela Ministra da Cultura e pelo Secretário de Estado do Orçamento, ao abrigo do disposto no n.º 2 do artigo 45.º da Lei n.º 91/2001, de 20 de agosto, na sua atual redação, e no n.º 1 do artigo 22.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 197/99, de 8 de junho, na alínea a) do n.º 1 do artigo 6.º da Lei n.º 8/2012, de 21 de fevereiro, e no n.º 1 do artigo 11.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 127/2012, de 21 de junho, o seguinte:
1 - Fica a Biblioteca Nacional de Portugal autorizada a assumir um encargo até ao montante de 243.816,26 (euro) (duzentos e quarenta e três mil e oitocentos e dezasseis euros e vinte e seis cêntimos) a que acresce IVA à taxa em vigor, o que perfaz o total de 299.894,00 (euro) (duzentos e noventa e nove mil, oitocentos e noventa e quatro euros) com IVA, referente à aquisição de Serviços de Vigilância e Segurança Humana.
2 - Os encargos resultantes do contrato não excederão, em cada ano económico, as seguintes importâncias:
2019 - 58.966,67 (euro), a que acresce IVA à taxa de 23 %;
2020 - 123.232,52 (euro), a que acresce IVA à taxa de 23 %;
2021 - 61.617,07 (euro), a que acresce IVA à taxa de 23 %.
