Portaria n.º 2/95, de 02 de Janeiro de 1995
Portaria n.° 2/95 de 2 de Janeiro Pela Portaria n.° 406/91, de 15 de Maio, foi concessionada ao Clube de Caça e Pesca de Almeida uma zona de caça associativa abrangendo vários prédios rústicos sitos nas freguesias de Almeida, Malpartida e Junça, município de Almeida (processo n.° 575 do Instituto Florestal).
Verificou-se, entretanto, a existência de reclamações de titulares ou gestores de terrenos, o que obrigou a que sejam retiradas da zona de caça as áreas reclamadas. Deste modo, torna-se necessário corrigir a Portaria n.° 406/91, desafectando do regime cinegético especial os terrenos objecto de reclamação.
Assim: Manda o Governo, pelo Ministro da Agricultura, que o n.° 1.° da referida portaria passe a ter a seguinte redacção: 1.° Ficam sujeitos ao regime cinegético especial...
