Portaria n.º 326/91, de 10 de Abril de 1991
Portaria n.º 326/91 de 10 de Abril Pela Portaria n.º 430/90, de 12 de Junho, foi concedida à Associação de Caçadores do Porto e Alentejo uma zona de caça associativa, com uma área de 702,2000 ha, situada no concelho de Monforte.
A concessionária requereu agora a anexação de outras propriedades contíguas, com uma área de 728,8750 ha.
Com fundamento no disposto nos artigos 19.º a 27.º da Lei n.º 30/86, de 27 de Agosto, e 56.º a 59.º, 65.º a 67.º, 71.º a 76.º, 79.º e 80.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 274-A/88, de 3 de Agosto; Ouvido o Conselho Nacional da Caça e da Conservação da Fauna: Manda o Governo, pelo Ministro da Agricultura, Pescas e Alimentação, o seguinte: 1.º Ficam sujeitas ao regime cinegético especial as propriedades constantes da planta anexa, denominadas 'Herdades da Oliveirinha' e anexas e 'Cabeça Gorda' e outras, situadas na freguesia de Vaiamonte, concelho de Monforte, com uma área de 1431,0750 ha.

Nesta área, até ao dia 31 de Maio de 1996, é concedida à Associação de Caçadores do Porto e Alentejo (registo na Direcção-Geral das Florestas n.º 4.579.89) a exploração de uma zona de caça associativa (processo n.º 242 da Direcção-Geral das Florestas).

Nesta zona de caça é facultado o exercício venatório a todos os membros da Associação de Caçadores do Porto e Alentejo, com observância das regras legais e das suas normas estatutárias e regulamentares.

Nesta zona de caça a Associação de Caçadores do Porto e Alentejo, entidade responsável pela sua gestão, fica obrigada a cumprir e fazer cumprir o plano de ordenamento e exploração cinegético aprovado pela Direcção-Geral das Florestas, nomeadamente no respeitante aos limites anuais de cada uma das espécies, períodos, processos e meios de caça respectivos.

A entidade concessionária fica obrigada a fazer cumprir as disposições legais e regulamentares do exercício da caça, e bem assim as regras constantes do plano de ordenamento e exploração respectivo, sem prejuízo da responsabilidade pessoal...
