Portaria Nº 55/1985 de 13 de Agosto
Considerando o agravamento verificado no custo do plástico de cobertura das estufas e túneis e do próprio material de estrutura, torna-se necessário actualizar o valor da comparticipação a fundo perdido concedida pela Secretaria Regional da Agricultura e Pescas no âmbito da política de fomento à produção hortícola.
Assim, manda o Governo Regional dos Açores, pelas Secretarias Regionais das Finanças e da Agricultura e Pescas, o seguinte:
Art.º 1.º
O artigo 1.º da Portaria n.º 55/82, de 28 de Setembro passa a ter a seguinte redacção:
Artigo 1.º — Os Serviços Agrícolas da Região apoiarão a aquisição e construção de estufas e abrigos de plástico, destinados à produção de primores hortícolas, através da comparticipação, a fundo perdido, de 250$00 por metro quadrado da área...
