O Conselho Superior do Conselho das Finanças Públicas, na sua reunião de 23 de junho de 2020, deliberou expressar um público louvor ao Dr. Luis Miguel Gomes de Freitas Centeno, pela forma extremamente competente como desempenhou as funções primeiro como técnico, depois como Diretor dos Serviços Técnicos do Conselho das Finanças Públicas, ficando o seu trabalho indissociavelmente ligado à criação e desenvolvimento desta mesma instituição.
