No momento em que Arnaldo de Carvalho Machado, Técnico Superior que integra o mapa de pessoal da Agência Portuguesa do Ambiente, I. P., cessa funções por aposentação, é-lhe inteiramente devido um público louvor e o reconhecimento pela dedicação, responsabilidade e mérito com que desempenhou as funções que ao longo do tempo lhe foram sendo confiadas ao serviço da Administração Pública.
No exercício dos seus deveres profissionais, distinguiu-se por um acentuado sentido de responsabilidade, exigência e rigor, demonstrando uma elevada competência técnica e simultaneamente uma atitude de permanente colaboração com os seus colegas e superiores hierárquicos e, acima de tudo, de exemplar dedicação à causa pública.
