Louvo o sargento chefe ART RES, NIM 10903187, José Carlos Teixeira da Costa, pela forma empenhada, como ao longo de cerca de 3 anos vem exercendo as funções de investigador na Polícia Judiciária Militar.
No âmbito das suas responsabilidades, é de realçar a sua eficácia no desenvolvimento profícuo das diligências de investigação incumbidas pelo seu chefe de equipa, demonstrando uma elevada capacidade de trabalho e constante disponibilidade.
Tendo sido nomeado responsável pelos materiais à carga da Unidade de Investigação Criminal (UIC), rapidamente se inteirou da situação em que estes se encontravam, mantendo um controlo rigoroso e permanente dos mesmos e propondo ao Diretor da UIC soluções bem fundamentadas no que concerne à aquisição de novos equipamentos para um desempenho cabal da missão atribuída.
Militar diligente e rigoroso, de elevada capacidade de trabalho, exerceu a sua função com dinamismo, contribuindo significativamente para a obtenção de excelentes resultados práticos no âmbito da investigação criminal. É de realçar o seu sentido de organização, bem patente na participação e na coadjuvação do planeamento e coordenação das missões de investigação que periodicamente se realizam nos Açores.
