Lei n.º 25/2015
de 30 de março
Primeira alteração à Lei n.º 75/2013, de 12 de setembro, que estabelece o regime jurídico das autarquias locais, aprova o estatuto das entidades intermunicipais, estabelece o regime jurídico da transferência de competências do Estado para as autarquias locais e para as entidades intermunicipais e aprova o regime jurídico do associativismo autárquico.
A Assembleia da República decreta, nos termos da alínea c) do artigo 161.º da Constituição, o seguinte:
Artigo 1.º
Alteração à Lei n.º 75/2013, de 12 de setembro
O artigo 138.º da Lei n.º 75/2013, de 12 de setembro, que estabelece o regime jurídico das autarquias locais, aprova o estatuto das entidades intermunicipais, estabelece o regime jurídico da transferência de competências do Estado para as autarquias locais e para as entidades intermunicipais e aprova o regime jurídico do associativismo autárquico, passa a ter a seguinte redação:

1 - A presente lei aplica -se às Regiões Autónomas dos Açores e da Madeira, com exceção dos artigos 63.º a 107.º e sem prejuízo do disposto no número seguinte.
