Segunda alteraçáo à Lei n. 53 -E/2006, de 29 de Dezembro, que aprova o regime geral das taxas das autarquias locais
A Assembleia da República decreta, nos termos da alínea c) do artigo 161. da Constituiçáo, o seguinte:
Artigo 1.
É alterado o artigo 17. da Lei n. 53 -E/2006, de 29 de Dezembro, que passa a ter a seguinte redacçáo:

As taxas para as autarquias locais actualmente existentes sáo revogadas no dia 30 de Abril de 2010, salvo se, até esta data:

Artigo 2.
Entrada em vigor
