Despacho n.º 14 089/2000 (2.' série). - Considerando que na Cimeira Luso-Espanhola, realizada em Salamanca no dia 26 de Janeiro de 2000, foi assinado o Convénio de Criação da Comissão Mista Luso-Espanhola para os Transportes Terrestres e as Infra-Estruturas de Transporte; Considerando ainda que, conforme decisão da mesma Cimeira, no âmbito desta Comissão deverá funcionar um Grupo de Trabalho sobre Alta Velocidade Luso-Espanhola (GTAV-LE): Determino que: 1 - Pela parte portuguesa, o GTAV-LE integrará um representante de cada uma das seguintes entidades: Ministério do Equipamento Social, que coordenará; Direcção-Geral de Transportes Terrestres (DGTT); Rede Ferroviária Nacional, E. P. (REFER); Caminhos de Ferro Portugueses, E. P.
2 - As entidades acima referidas deverão comunicar o nome do seu representante ao coordenador do Grupo, no prazo de cinco dias, sendo o representante do Ministério do Equipamento Social por mim designado.
