Considerando a necessidade de iniciar os trabalhos de preparação da «Feira Regional — Açores 86 — Agricultura — Indústria — Ambiente”, a efectuar no Faial em Junho do próximo ano, determina-se o seguinte:

O Eng. Manuel Norberto Garcia de Oliveira, Director de Serviços de Agricultura da Horta e o Arquitecto António Manuel Martins Naia, Director de Serviços da Direcção de Habitação, Urbanismo e Ambiente da Horta, deverão elaborar um programa das obras a efectuar no recinto da Feira por forma a que se iniciem, ainda no corrente ano, os trabalhos de recuperação das suas instalações.

A referida recuperação, assim como a instalação de novas estruturas, deverá ter em conta a necessidade de dotar aquele recinto com instalações definitivas...
